The ingredients needed to make Honey glazed katla fish:
  1. Get 2 katla pieces
  2. Get 2 cups spinach leaves
  3. Take Handful purple cabbages
  4. Prepare leaves little parsley
  5. Take 1/2 tsp minced.. garlic
  6. Prepare 1/4 green capsicum
  7. Make ready 1/4 red capsicum
  8. Make ready 1/4 Yellow capsicum
  9. Get 1 tablespoon chopped baby corns
  10. Get as required water
  11. Get as required salt
  12. Get 1 lime
  13. Get 1/2 tablespoon honey
  14. Take 2 teaspoons soya sauce
  15. Get as required fresh black pepper powder
  16. Prepare 1/2 finely chopped onion
  17. Make ready 1 chopped tomato
  18. Take As needed butter

Instructions to make Honey glazed katla fish:
  1. First marinate fish pieces with black pepper powder and salt and keep aside. Cut all vegetables as I have shown in the picture.I have added onion in small quantities and rest all for cooking purposes.
  2. Put olive oil in the heated pan, add little garlic and onion in high flame of the oven.
  3. Add baby corn saute for a little seconds then add purple cabbage, saute for another few seconds, then add rest all vegetables without spinach.
  4. Saute for more seconds, add black pepper powder and little bit of salt, give it a good mix lastly add spinach saute few seconds add one teaspoon soya sauce mix it and place to the plate.
  5. Remove all from the pan add butter melt, add honey add minced garlic saute, caramelized, add soya sauce, next add lime juice, saute for a while, then add fish pieces saute both sides for few minutes then put in the microwave oven for four to five minutes
  6. Once done, put into the serving plate and it's ready to serve, adding stir-fried vegetables and it's delicious.
