  1. Take 600-700 g Thin Pork Slices
  2. Make ready *Note: Schnitzel steaks or Pork steaks sliced in half horizontally into thin steaks

  4. Take 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds *ground
  5. Take 3 tablespoons Miso
  6. Get 1 tablespoons Sugar
  7. Prepare 1-2 tablespoons Mirin
  8. Take 1/2-1 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  9. Make ready 1 small piece Ginger *grated
  10. Get Garlic, Chilli *optional

Instructions to make Pork with Miso Sesame Sauce:
  1. Toast Sesame Seeds in a sauce pan until golden, then grind until aromatic. Add other ingredients and mix well. Grated Garlic and some Chilli can be added for extra flavour.
  2. Using a meat mallet or a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy pan, pound pork slices between two pieces of plastic wrap to very thin.
  3. Oil a heated frying pan or grill pan and cook the Pork. When the Pork changes colour and turns slightly brown, add the Miso Sesame Sauce and let the Pork well coated with the sauce and caramelised. Whole process won’t take long.
  4. Serve with freshly cooked rice and stir fried or steamed vegetables.
