  1. Take 250 g cremora
  2. Take 250 ml hot water
  3. Prepare 1 can condensed milk
  4. Make ready 125 ml lemon juice
  5. Take 1/2 packet tennis biscuits

Instructions to make Cremora tart:
  1. Mix the hot water and cremora together and place in fridge until cold.
  2. Whisk cremora until it thickens like cream - this takes minimum 30 minutes. Be patient and leave in electrical mixer and walk away 😁
  3. As soon as it is thick mix in condensed milk and lemon juice.
  4. Pack tennis biscuits at the bottom of you serving tray and pour over cremora mixture. Let set in fridge. Always better the next day.
