  1. Make ready 1 cup besan
  2. Prepare 1 cup fenugreek leaves(methi bhaji)
  3. Prepare Pinch Hing
  4. Get 1/2 teaspoon Haldi / turmeric powder
  5. Make ready 2-3 green chillies
  6. Make ready 1 spoon Sugar
  7. Prepare as per taste Salt
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Cooking soda

Instructions to make Gota vada:
  1. Assemble all the ingredients.
  2. First will take fenugreek leaves.
  3. Will cut then finely to make pakoda.
  4. Will add salt to cutted fenugreek leaves.
  5. Now will rub both of them very softly to remove it's bitter flavor.
  6. Now will wash then to remove salt and throw out it's water.
  7. Now will take our besan
  8. Now will add our masala /hing/sugar 1 spoon/haldi/salt as per paste
  9. Green chilled finely chopped Mixx all ingredient
  10. Now will add little by little water to make batter of pakoda
  11. See our batter is ready now
  12. Will add cooking soda about 1/2 teaspoon and mix it willl
  13. Now for frying heat the pan and add small small pakoda in it
  14. Now will make all the pakoda it should not be bigger then lemon size becuse soda will alredy increase it size when it get cooked
  15. As our pakoda get cooked at on side flip it up at other side
  16. Let it cook till it golden brown and you can see our pakoda is ready
  17. Now remove it on paper towel or you can serve it….eat these pakoda hot only
  18. I am serving these with gujrati specail fafda kadi and fried chili
