  1. Take 1 cup spinach leaves
  2. Take 1 cup fenugreek leaves
  3. Prepare 1 cup gram flour
  4. Get To taste Salt and pepper
  5. Make ready 3 green chillies
  6. Get 1 tsp carom seeds
  7. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Get 1/2 lemon juice
  11. Get 1/2 tsp sugar
  12. Take 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  13. Prepare 1 pinch baking soda

Steps to make Palak methi na gota:
  1. First of all, wash and clean fenugreek leaves and spinach leaves. Shred the spinach leaves.
  2. Add gram flour in bowl. Add turmeric powder, green chillies, salt,pepper, carom seeds, cumin seeds powder, chat masala, sugar and lemon juice. Now add fenugreek leaves, spinach leaves and coriander leaves. Mix everything well.
  3. Add pinch of baking soda to the mixture and some hot oil(1 to 2 t.spoons) to make the gota soft from inside. Take small portions and deep fry them in hot oil.. enjoy gota with tamarind chutney…
