  3. Is ke baad is Mein adrak lehsan paste shamil krain or tmam masalay namak, Lal mirch Powder,haldi powder,dhania Powder bhoona zeera powder,garam masala powder shamil krain.
  4. Ab is Mein 1cup dahi daal dain or 5 mint tak bhoon lain
  5. Ab is ke baad is Mein paye ki yakhni jis Mein paye galaye thay wo yakhni is Mein shamil krain or agr yakhni km lgay to Thora or Pani shamil krdain or 30 minutes ke liye hlki anch par pkne dain. Is stage par pressure cooker Mein b daal Kar paka sktay Hain.
  6. Fry pan Mein 3tbsp ghee shamil krain isai 1/2 tsp haldi powder,1/2 tsp deghi Lal mirch Powder,1/2 tsp zarda colour (optional) fry Kar ke trka ke Tor or paye Mein shamil krdain.
