  1. Get Tikkha pani
  2. Take 1 cup mint leaves
  3. Get 3 green chilli
  4. Take 1 small piece of ginger
  5. Prepare 3 pcs garlic
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. Take 1 tsp Pink salt
  8. Take to taste Salt
  9. Make ready 3 tbsp pani puri masala
  10. Prepare 1 tsp mango powder
  11. Get Meetha pani
  12. Prepare 1 cup kajur
  13. Make ready 1 cup jaggery
  14. Get 1/2 cup tamarind
  15. Get 1 glass water
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp til
  17. Get 1 tsp Coriander finely chopped
  18. Take Stuffing
  19. Prepare 3 pcs Potato
  20. Get 1/2 cup Horse gram
  21. Make ready 1 tsp Chat masala
  22. Get 1 tsp Mint chutney
  23. Take to taste Salt

Instructions to make Gupchup:
  1. Method for Tikka pani - Take mint leaves,green chilli,ginger and garlic in a blender - Add little water to it. - And make a fine paste of it. - Now a vessel out this paste in it. - Add 2 glass of water and above mention ingredients in it. - Mix it well. - And for garnishing add bundi in it. - Our tikka pani is ready.
  2. Take a vessel and add kajur, tamarind and jaggery to it. - On the gas and let it boil for 30 minutes. - Off the gas and cool it down for 10 min. - Blend it with mixy. - And then sieve it. - Add tel to it and mix it well. - Garnish with coriander. - Our meetha chutney is ready.
  3. 🔹Method for Stuffing - Boiled potatoes for 5 whistle. - Cool it down and peel it. - Make small pieces of it. - Add mint chutney salt,salt and chat masala and mix it well. - Add boiled horse gram to it and again mix it. - Our potato stuffing is ready now.
  4. 🔹Assembling part - Take golgappa and make a whole in centre. - Add stuffing. - Add meetha and tikka pani in it. - Add finely chopped coriander. - Sprinkle some sev(optional) and chat masala. - Our spicy and tangy gupchup are ready to eat. - Enjoy this scrumptious dish.
