  2. Spinach Salad:sauteed spinach,red onions,mushrooms and garlic and ginger. Then once cooked add tinned tuna and add a bit of sweet chillies sauce. Don't forget to add your salt and pepper.
  3. Potato salad:boil potatoes until cooked. Boil eggs until cooked. Peel and chop cooked potatoes into small vibes. Add your mayonnaise,finely diced cucumber and finely chopped red onions inside your potatoes. Then add your chopped eggs and seasoning.
