  1. Melt 1 tbsp of the margarine, sauté the onion in it and let it cool.
  2. Add the flour, onion, the melted margarine (melted, not hot), the oregano and the feta cheese into a bowl.
  3. Add the water little by little and knead until it doesn't stick.
  4. Make a small loaf, score using a knife and brush the top with the milk.
  5. Bake in a moderately slow fan oven at 170°C for about 40'.
