Instructions to make Afang soup:
  1. Cut and boil the cow tail with salt knorr cubes and onion untill is tender.Wash and cut ukazi,waterleaves and ugu.
  2. Boil the waterleaves let all the water drys up,add blended crayfish and pepper,salt,knorr cubes.boiled cow tail and no stock.after 5 minutes stir and add ukazi leaves after 3minutes add ugu leaves stir and simmer a bit.
