  4. Take 1-1/2 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  5. Get 7 ounces cheese crackers, I used Cheez Its
  6. Make ready 2 teaspoons celery salt
  7. Make ready 3 cups water
  8. Get 1-1/2 teaspoon filé
  9. Make ready 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  10. Take —Meatballs——
  11. Make ready 1-1/4 pounds ground pork
  12. Take 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  13. Make ready 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans drained
  14. Take 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  15. Get 1/2 teaspoon salt
  16. Prepare 1 teaspoon dill weed
  17. Get 1-1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
  18. Get as needed extra virgin olive oil to fry meatballs

  20. Prepare 1 stick butter
  21. Prepare 1-1/2 cup chunky extra sharp cheddar cheese

Steps to make Cheese Cracker Casserole:
  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cube the chicken add to water, salt and garlic, bring to a boil. Add garbanzo beans. Adding liquids of beans to pot.
  3. Mash the drained can of garbanzo beans
  4. Put the pork in a bowl
  5. Add the mashed garbanzo beans and seasonings.
  6. Mix them together and form small balls.
  7. Heat oil and fry the meatballs
  8. When done add to bottom of an oven safe dish. I used a 9-13 pan
  9. Add half the crackers.
  10. Fish out the beans and chicken spreading over the top of meatballs

  14. Add the filé. Stir in to let thicken
  15. Pour over the top of casserole
  16. Slice the butter and put on top, bake for 30 minutes.
