  1. Prepare 1 kg carrot
  2. Get 150 gms khowa kheer
  3. Prepare 2 tsp cardamom powder
  4. Take 75 gms coconut powder
  5. Make ready 200-250 gm Sugar

  7. Take 4 tbsp Ghee

Steps to make Gajar Barfi:
  1. At first grate carrot with grater.
  2. Take a kadhai add 2 tbsp ghee, Now add grated carrot and mix well and cook it for few minutes.
  3. When it changes the colour add sugar mix well and cook.
  4. Again add 2 tbsp ghee mix well.
  5. Add grated khowa kheer mix it.
  6. After a few minutes add coconut powder mix well and cook it.
  7. Grease the serving plate with ghee.
  8. Add the mixture onto the plate and set with a spatula. Sprinkle dry fruits cut into small pieces and spread on it.
  9. Keep it into the fridge 1-2 hour
  10. For serving cut it into some pieces and serve.
