  3. Prepare 2 tsp semolina soaked in water
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp baking powder
  5. Take as needed Milk (to make dough)
  6. Get Sugar Syrup
  7. Prepare 1.5 cup sugar
  8. Take 1 cup water
  9. Make ready 2 green cardamom
  10. Get 5-6 saffron

Instructions to make Mawa Gulab jamun:
  1. Grate the Mawa.Add flour and semolina soaked in water.mix nicely.
  2. Now add baking powder and make a soft dough for making gulabjamun balls.
  3. Prepare a sugar syrup of one string with dilute consistancy by adding saffron and cardamom.
  4. Deep fry the balls in oil or ghee.Till dark brown.leave it for 2 minutes.
  5. Now dip in the sugar syrup and leave for half an hour.Serve hot or cool.
  6. Garnish with pistachios and enjoy the delicious gulabjamun full of syrup.
