  1. Get 700 gm Carrots
  2. Get 1 litre full cream milk
  3. Take 300 gm sugar
  4. Make ready 150 gm ghee
  5. Prepare 100 gm khowa kheer

Instructions to make Gajar ka Halwa:
  1. Clean and peel the carrots. Grate them and keep it aside
  2. Heat a pan and add some ghee into it. Once it's hot add the carrots and saute it for a while
  3. Add the milk and keep stirring. Ensure the carrots dont stick to the bottom of the pan
  4. Once it starts becoming a little dry add the sugar and keep stirring
  5. When the carrot is cooked and the right consistency is reached add the khowa from top and remove
  6. You can add dry fruit like cashews and raisins and serve it as a sweet dish
