  4. Get 1 liquid smoke

  6. Make ready 1 garlic powder
  7. Prepare 1 oregano
  8. Prepare 1 parsley flakes

  10. Get 1 cumin powder

Instructions to make Santiago's Amazing Bacon Chicken:
  1. Open chicken brests
  2. Cut open bacon
  3. Gather all spices
  4. Lightly spray chicken breasts with olive oil spray, then lightly sprinkle with all seasonings except bay leaf liquid smoke and soy sauce
  5. Flip each peice of chicken over onto a cutting board one at a time
  6. Lightly season the other side of each peice of chicken
  7. Lay a peice of bacon on cutting board then place chicken ontop, put some cilantro ontop of chicken and wrap the bacon over the top
  8. Pour about 1/8 cup soy sauce in a baking dish
  9. Add 1 tsp liquid smoke
  10. Add 2 bay leaves and about 1 1/2 tbs of each seasoning and salt to taste
  11. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the dish and be about a fingertip deep
  12. Place all the chicken breasts in the baking dish and preheat oven to 350°
  13. Place in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  14. Remove from oven and choose any sides you would like to serve with it!
