The ingredients needed to make Louki ki vada:
  1. Take 1 cup-louki
  2. Take 1 1/2 cup-Besan(bangale flour)
  3. Take 1 cup-All purpose flour
  4. Take 1/2 cup-Rice flour
  5. Prepare 2 tsp-Salt
  6. Prepare 2 tsp-Red chilli powder
  7. Take 1 tsp-Cumin coriander powder
  8. Take 1 tsp-Turmeric powder
  9. Get 1 tsp-Ajwan
  10. Take 1 tsp-Cumin seeds
  11. Prepare 2 tsp-Oil
  12. Prepare 1 tsp-Hing
  13. Take 1 tsp-Coriander leaves
  14. Make ready 1 tsp-Ginger garlic paste
  15. Take 5 -red chilli
  16. Make ready 1 stick -Curry leaves

Instructions to make Louki ki vada:
  1. First step take a container grate a louki. In another pan boil water. Next add besan,all purpose flour (Madia), rice flour.
  2. Next step add salt,red chilli powder, Cumin coriander powder,hing, Cumin seeds, green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, louki mix it well. Water is not required if needed only add water.
  3. Next step after adding all ingredients make a dough and roll it. Next take a container add 1tsp oil grace it all side.
  4. Next step already we kept water for boiling & keep vada for steam it. Timing of 10min. After steaming vada cut it in small pieces. Next step take a pan add 1tsp oil heat it add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, red chilli fry it add steamed vada upto brown.
