  1. Get 250 gm lauki/ bottle gourd
  2. Get 2 medium tomato (grated)
  3. Prepare 1 small potato
  4. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Take 2 green chillies
  6. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. Take 1/2 cup water
  8. Get as needed Oil
  9. Get Panch phoran masala :-
  10. Get 1/2 tsp methi dana
  11. Take 1/2 tsp saunf (aniseed)
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp kalonji (nigella seed)
  13. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seed

  2. Heat the oil in cooker on medium flame
  3. Add panch phoran masala in oil let them crackle, then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, let them cook then add grated tomato, salt and all dry spices

  5. Now add cut louki and potato and 1/2 cup water, mix well cover the lid and take 2 whistle on medium flame
  6. After cooling add garam masala cook for another 1 minute granish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
