  5. Prepare 3 tbsp fat free nutural fromage frais
  6. Take 1 egg yolk

Instructions to make Chocolate Chip Cookies:
  1. preheat oven and line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the spread and rub it into the flour, using fingertips, until it resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the sweetener and mix.
  2. Add chocolate chips, fromage frais and egg yolk, stir then knead with your hands to form a soft dough. Divide the mixture into 18 portions and roll each one into ball. Place the dough ballson the baking sheet and using the back of a dump fork, lightly press down to form cookie shape.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12/15 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool before serving.
