  13. Take 1 Radish small to make flower

Instructions to make The black eyed pea salad chat:
  1. Boil Black-eyed peas and kabuli chana separately.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan. Put cumin seeds, then haldi, red chilli powder, curry leaves and tez patta
  3. Next add boiled black-eyed peas (lobia), boiled kabuli chana, sikka chhana, roasted peanuts. Mix well.
  4. Now add salt, chat masala, jeera powder, black pepper powder Mix well.
  5. Add chopped capsicum and tomato.
  6. Now add tamarind jaggery chutney and green curry chutney.sprinkle lemon juice. Mix well.
  7. Pour the salad chat in a glass bowl. Garnish with cucumber slices and carrot slices on sides.
