  2. Prepare Salt and black pepper
  3. Take 1 tsp soy sauce
  4. Make ready 3 punch of kunde(cowpeas) leaves
  5. Take 1 cup fresh milk
  6. Take 3 punch of mitoo leaves
  7. Take 1 onion
  8. Get Oil
  9. Prepare 1 tomato

  2. Turn the meat orcationally,to make sure it well done on both sides and inside.
  3. For the vegetables, prepare them,wash and boil with little bicarbonate,till is ready.
  4. Set aside, cut the onion, and put in a pan, with little oil,let them cook but don't brown,now add in the tomatoes,stir and let it cook,now add the boiled veggies, mix well, add the milk, cover and simmer for 5mins.
  5. Serve with your meat and ugali or rice.
