The ingredients needed to make Linguine with garlic oil:
  1. Make ready 100 g Linguine
  2. Make ready 4 cloves garlic
  3. Get 1 tbsp Parsley
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. Make ready 2 Peperoncino peppers
  6. Make ready salt and pepper

Return the pasta pot to medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until lightly browned. Cook linguine in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.

Instructions to make Linguine with garlic oil:
  1. Boil water and cook the Linguine according to the package. When the Linguine is ready, drain well and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the garlic into very fine pieces and remove the stem end of the peperoncino. Set aside.
  3. Now heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan. Cook the garlic on medium heat until half cooked. Then, add in peperoncino and cook for 3 mins.
  4. Now add in parsley and cook for 1 min. After that, add the cooked Linguine to the olive oil sauce and cook for another 3 min over high heat. Cover the Linguine with the sauce and it's ready to be served.

Cook linguine in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cooked linguine and stir well to coat. Drain pasta; transfer to serving bowl. Heat olive oil in the frying pan and return peeled garlic to the pan.
