  3. Make ready 1 Katakuriko
  4. Get 1 for frying Oil
  5. Take 3 tbsp (A) Soy sauce
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp (A) Sugar
  7. Make ready 4 tbsp (A) Water
  8. Make ready 2 tsp (A) Grated ginger juice
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp (A) Mirin
  10. Get 1 side dish - (as needed) Lettuce
  11. Prepare 1 side dish - (as needed) Shiso leaves
