  1. Heat a kadai with oil, when it is hot add in mustard. and curry leaves and onions & saute till it turns light golden.
  2. Add some water cover the pan.cook for 10.minutes,then add in tamarind pulp and mix well.cover again and cook till, oil separates now add in nethili meen and cook for 5 to 10 minutes
  3. Now add tomatoes & saute till salt mix well add turmeric,chilli,coriander,mix well & add mango,cook for a minute.
  4. Now it's ready to taste
