Instructions to make Mac & cheese with a twist:
  1. Pre cook the macaroni to 70% done
  2. On a skillet add some oil, chopped onions, and the minced meat
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste, add the spices and seasoning to taste
  4. Add the tomato paste and let it cook through
  5. Place a baking dish or work on fire, place a layer of the pre cooked macaroni
  6. Then place a layer of the meat sauce
  7. Top with another layer of macaroni
  8. Top the last layer with cheese
  9. Garnish with onion and capsicum strips
  10. Cover up and cook for 5 minutes or bake in an oven for 10 minutes
  11. Sprinkle the parsley and serve hot
