  1. Prepare 200 g tindora
  2. Take 1 onion
  3. Prepare 5-6 garlic cloves
  4. Prepare 1 cup grated coconut
  5. Get 1 cup chopped coriander
  6. Get 1 tsp Moong dal
  7. Get 2 tsp malvani masala
  8. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  10. Prepare Hing mustard seeds
  11. Get 1 tsp jaggery
  12. Prepare 2 tsp curd
  13. Get 1 tsp Imli pulp
  14. Prepare 1 tsp poppy seeds

Steps to make Tendle masala:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add Moong Dal and fry.add mustard seed hing and onions and fry well.saute till onion gets pinkish.
  2. Add garlic and saute well. Add coriander powder and tindolas(give cut from above into four) fry well and cover. Cook till tindolas turns soft.
  3. Add poppy seeds and clove and cinnamon and fry.
  4. Add sesame coconut malvani masala powder turmeric powder and saute well.
  5. After few mins add jaggery salt and curd. Stirr continuesly.
  6. Cook for a few minutes while covering add Imli pulp with water and stirr. Keep covered.
  7. Let it simmer for next 10 mins on slow flame with lid on.check whether cooked and flavours absorbed.
  8. When done sprinkle chopped coriander. Serve hot with chapati.
