The ingredients needed to make SUN SHINE ☀️PIE:

  2. Make ready 3 cups all purpose flour
  3. Prepare 2 eggs
  4. Take 160 g cold butter
  5. Take 60 g powdered sugar
  6. Get 1 & 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Get 2 Tbsp dry milk powder
  9. Make ready as needed Water or milk
  10. Prepare 🌻for filling:
  11. Get 1/2 cup strawberry jam or as require (slightly warm in microwave and mix with spoon or fork set aside)

Instructions to make SUN SHINE ☀️PIE:
  1. Take a mixing bowl add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, dry milk powder mix then add butter and mix with your fingers tips so flour looks like a breadcrumbs.
  2. Then add 2 beaten eggs, milk or water as needed and make a soft dough cover with clingfilm and rest the dough about an hour.
  3. After an hour transfer the dough on a floured surface and kneed the dough with soft hands then roll out with rolling pin into a round shape 1 inches thick. - Transfer in baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. 👉 Follow the steps in the pictures to create the shape. 👇
  5. Add the jam and dried fruit to the centre and bake in the oven at 180°C / 356°F for 20 to 25 mins. Or until it’s golden in colour. - Serve hot or cold. - Enjoy ! ❤️
