  1. Mix the ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,salt,dark soy sauce and cooking oil in a big pan and give it s good mix
  2. Marinate the meat in the mixture
  3. Put the marinated meat in the freezer for 45minutes
  4. Lay a foil in the oven tray and place the meat
  5. Cook thd meat.i used 180°c for 1hr.it could be less or more depending on the softness of the meat
  6. Once ready sprinkle some rosemary leaves and let the meat rest in the oven warmth for 15min
