  1. Take 2 head Potatoes/ medium or large size
  2. Take 8 Tomatoes/ medium or large size
  3. Get 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  4. Take 30 grams Parmesan cheese
  5. Get 1 bunch Spring onion/ chopped
  6. Take 1 tsp Salt
  7. Get 1 tsp Pepper
  8. Take 2 slice Bacon / chopped
  9. Make ready 1 as needed Parsley/chopped
  10. Get 1 Water to boil potato,1 tsp salt
  11. Take 6 tbsp Whipping cream

Steps to make K's Cheesy Mashed Potatoes:
  1. Bring potatoes to boil in hot water ,add 1 tsp salt ..about 20 mins ..or until soft ,drain ,and mash it with some tools or by spoon,add salt and pepper,mix with Parmesan cheese,chopped spring onion,whipping cream ,set aside
  2. Prepare tomatoes to stuff ,cut half ,use spoon or knife to take meat out ..then stuff it with mash potatoes
  3. Bake at 200c about 15 mins,take out and top with Parmesan cheese ,bacon and parsley ,bake 5 more mins or until cheese melt ..serve hot as another new side dish .. Enjoy :)
