  2. Keep oil for heating in a Kadai.
  3. In a bowl, mix together besan, rice flour,salt, ajwain, red chilli powder and haldi powder.
  4. Now add water gradually, to make it in a pourable consistency. It should not be too liquid.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil and whisk for a minute.
  6. Dip bread slices into besan mixture and deep fry it on medium flame. - Serve hot with tomato sauce and tea.
