  1. Prepare 6 slices bread
  2. Make ready as required Oil
  3. Prepare 1 and 1/2 cup potatoes, boiled and mashed

  6. Get 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
  7. Get as required Tomato sauce
  8. Prepare as per taste Salt
  9. Prepare For batter
  10. Get 3/4 cup gram flour or besan
  11. Make ready 2-3 tablespoons rice flour
  12. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  13. Make ready 1 pinch turmeric
  14. Make ready As per taste Salt
  15. Prepare as required Water

Instructions to make Bread Pakoda:
  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and green chillies.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
  4. Add mashed potatoes and then salt as required. Mix everything well and keep aside.
  5. Arrange 2 bread slices. Spread tomato sauce on both the slices.
  6. Place the potato spread on one and close it with the other one.
  7. Cut into triangle shape.
  8. Now mix all the batter ingredients. Make sure not to make the batter runny.
  9. Heat oil. Dip the sandwiches into the batter and coat it nicely on both the sides.
