The ingredients needed to make Leftover Rice Tikkis ❤️:
  1. Get Half cup rice (preferably over boiled)
  2. Prepare 1 small boiled potato
  3. Take as per taste Salt
  4. Make ready 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  6. Take 2 tbsp chopped onions
  7. Get 2 chopped green chillies
  8. Prepare Half tsp sugar
  9. Take Half tsp chaat masala
  10. Get 1 tsp Maggi masala-e-magic
  11. Prepare As required Chopped coriander leaves
  12. Take 2 tbsp bread crumbs (for binding)
  13. Take Some bread crumbs (for coating)
  14. Take 1/4 th tsp jeera / cumin seeds
  15. Take As required Oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients instead of oil, make a smooth mixture. Divide the mixture into equal portion and make tikki. Heat a non stick pan, shallow fry the tikki golden. serve with chutney. Leftover Rice Cutlets are crispy outside and soft inside.

Steps to make Leftover Rice Tikkis ❤️:
  1. Take rice in a bowl and smash it well with your hand. Then add boiled potato to it and smash it too & mix it properly with the rice.
  2. Then add chopped capsicum, chopped onion, green chillies and mix everything well.
  3. Then add salt, sugar, jeera, Maggi masala-e-magic, chaat masala, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, bread crumbs and mix everything very well until it forms a lumpy dough. Donot add any additional water to it.
  4. Now make small balls, flatten them a bit and finally coat them with bread crumbs.
  5. Now take a shallow pan, heat some oil and shallow fry them until crisp and golden brown in colour. Serve them with some tomato sauce or any dips of your choice.
  6. Note: You can add any chopped veggies of your choice
