Instructions to make Akki roti (rice flat bread):
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and mix well with hand.
  2. Add water & knead soft dough.
  3. Now spread plastic sheet, wet it with little water, take small ball from prepared dough & start tapping with hand. If you are not comfortable with tapping,roll it between two plastic sheets.
  4. Make holes in centre so oil can spread easily. Now carefully put this roti on preheated & greased skillet.
  5. Pour some oil in holes & outer edges too.
  6. Cook from both sides. Serve hot.
