  6. Take 1/2 cup onion puree (crush raw onion puree)
  7. Get 1 cup tomato puree
  8. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Take 2 tsp garam masala
  11. Make ready 2 tsp coriander powder
  12. Get 2 tsp salt
  13. Get 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

  15. Make ready 1 cup bajra flour
  16. Prepare 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  17. Take 2 tsp salt
  18. Get 2 tbsp ghee
  19. Prepare For jeera rice :

  21. Get 1 tsp jeera

Steps to make Kathiyavadi stuff onion with bajra roti and jeera rice:
  1. Cut verticle and horizontally onions. Cut like for stuffing
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds. Once cumin seeds sprinkle add ginger garlic and chilli paste
  3. Add onion paste and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on slow to medium flame
  4. Add tomato puree and cook the masala for 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. Add salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well
  6. Cook masala for 3 to 4 minutes and add 1 cup water.
  7. Add onion and put lead on pressure cooker
  8. Cook on full flame till 3 whistles.
  9. Take an another bowl and mix bajra and whole wheat flour. Add salt and make a tight dough.
  10. Make a roti (bajra roti is thicker compare to whole wheat roti)
  11. Apply ghee on each bajra roti
  12. Heat oil in pressure cooker and add cumin seeds.
  13. Once cumin seeds sprinkle add soak rice and give a mix
  14. Add 1 cup water and put the lead till rice cooks
  15. Serve hot rice, stuff onion, bajra roti with curd and garlic chutney

Along with this Roti and paneer dish, I just made simple but yummy jeera rice. Finally an onion raitha would be another perfect accompaniment for this combo. You can also mix millets with rice or add millet flour to idli/dosa batter or roti dough. You can also eat stuff made with corn flour. Take old honey that has not been processed in the morning daily and take triphala.
