Steps to make Pathiri (Rice flour Roti) with chana:
  1. In a pan add salt and oil. Boil it.
  2. As soon as it boils add rice flour.
  3. Mix it properly.
  4. Knead dough when warm only.
  5. Roll roti.
  6. Cooking it on medium flame.
  7. Pathiri is ready to serve.
  8. Add 3 tbsp water to besan. Add dry masalas.
  9. Add this to boil chana. Cook until done.
  10. Enjoy Pathiri with desired gravy.
