  3. Take 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
  6. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon raw mango powder
  7. Prepare as per taste Salt
  8. Get 3-4 tablespoons besan
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoons rice flour
  10. Take 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  11. Make ready as required Oil for deep frying

Steps to make Tawa roti, aloo tuk,karari bhindi,jeera rice, masoor dal,salad:
  1. Wash and cut bhindi horizontally into 4 pieces. Add bhindi, besan, rice flour, red,chilli powder, Turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, dry mango powder, ajwain, chaat masala in a bowl. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Deep fry the bhindi over high heat till the bhindi browned and crispy.Remove on a plate. Sprinkle lime juice and chaat masala serve immediately.
