  2. Take 1 tbsp rice powder
  3. Get 2 boiled potatoes

  7. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. Make ready to taste Salt
  10. Take 1 tsp dry mango powder

  12. Take 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  13. Get 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  14. Make ready 3 tbsp gram flour

  1. First, Grind bread to get crumbs. Keep aside.
  2. Add boiled mashed potatoes, ginger, green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder,garam masala, rice powder, dry mango powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients with the bread crumbs and dough(portion) is ready.
  3. Take a portion and shape into a cutlet. Now, make a gram flour solution. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix them well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the cutlets in gram flour solution and then out them in oil. Fry till they become golden brown in colour.
  5. Take out the cutlets from the pan and ready to serve hot cutlets with tomato sauce/ green Coriander chutney.
