Steps to make Chocolate Brownie:
  1. Preheat the oven to 190C. Line a baking tray with paper or just grease with butter.
  2. Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate in a saucepan until nice and liquid. Stir regularly to make sure the sugar doesn't catch!

  4. Add 5 eggs to your large mixing bowl. Combine with the melted butter mixture and then add the dry ingredients.
  5. Weigh out about 50g of walnuts and break up a bit if they are in large pieces.

  7. Bake for 35-50 minutes- it is done when it rises and cracks on the top. You can always check that a knife comes out clean.
