  1. Preheat oven to 180. Wash and dry potatoes. Put in a bowl. Add lemon juice, oil, salt and oregano. Mix and put in a baking tray lined with baking paper
  2. Put the chicken in the same bowl. Toss around in the remaining oil. Add the chicken to the potatoes. Pop in the oven. After about 30 mins, remove and add the chopped chorizo. Mix the potatoes a little and pop back in the oven for another 20-25 mins
