  1. Take 250 gr Morcilla or Black Pudding
  2. Take 200 gr chorizo
  3. Make ready 2 peppers
  4. Take 500 gr potatoes
  5. Get 400 gr cannellini beans
  6. Prepare 1 chilli
  7. Take 2 onions
  8. Get 2-3 bay leaves
  9. Take 2 cloves garlic
  10. Make ready 100 gr black olives
  11. Prepare Basil
  12. Take Oregano

  15. Make ready 750 ml water

  1. Start your preparation with slicing and dicing your onions, peppers and potatoes. The morcilla and chorizo as well.

  4. At this point add the water and stock. Put in the potatoes and beans and leave it all stewing for 20 to 30 minutes until it all starts thickening and you’ll be ready to serve
