Instructions to make Chicken with chorizo, vegetables and orange juice:
  1. Preheat oven to 180. Wash and dry potatoes and chicken. Chop potatoes into bite size pieces. Put in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Add the orange juice, salt and oregano. Mix well. Roast for 30 minutes
  2. After 30 minutes, remove from oven. Add chopped chorizo and asparagus. Mix again.
  3. Continue roasting for another 25-30 minutes. Serve with pan juices 😄
