  3. Take 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  4. Take 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  5. Get 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  7. Make ready 400 grams can of red kidney beans, drained
  8. Make ready 6 medium corn tortillas or see my GF flour tortilla recipe

  1. Dry fry the sliced chorizo in a frying pan over a medium heat for 3 or 4 minutes until the oil starts to drain out
  2. Add the onion and peppers to the pan and cook a further 3 minutes

  4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds then assemble your fajitas
