The ingredients needed to make Chorizo and seafood pasta:
  1. Make ready Pasta
  2. Prepare chorizo (you can decide how much)
  3. Get 1 onion
  4. Take 1 red pepper
  5. Take 400 g tin tomatoes
  6. Take 200 g prawns
  7. Get 1 tin mussels
  8. Take 2-3 garlic cloves
  9. Get Fennel seeds
  10. Get Handful chopped parsley
  11. Take 2 tsp sugar
  12. Prepare Chilli flakes,paprika,salt,pepper

Gently fry the chorizo to release the oil, then turn up the heat to medium and cook the meat until browned. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Steps to make Chorizo and seafood pasta:
