The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Brownie:
  1. Make ready 500 ml Milk
  2. Prepare 1 cup Maida
  3. Make ready 4 tbsp Chocolate powder
  4. Take 1 tbsp Coffee powder
  5. Take 2 tbsp sugar or as your taste
  6. Get 2 tbsp Butter
  7. Get 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  8. Get Some Cashew and pistachio
  9. Take 1 tsp Baking powder
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp Baking soda

Steps to make Chocolate Brownie:
  1. Heat a pan add milk, when milk is boiled, transfer a cup of milk in a bowl, add chocolate powder, coffee powder and mix well. Add sugar and butter in the milk & stir continuously till it becomes half.
  2. Sieve the maida, baking powder & baking soda mix it and let it cool down, then add milk, add maida, vanilla essence and mix it well again.
  3. Batter is ready. Preheat a kadhai, add salt in it and a stand. Grease the mould and transfer the chocolate mixture and put it in the preheated stand & cover it.
  4. After 10 mints put dry fruits on the top of the brownie & again cook it. After 30 to 35 mints chocolate brownie is ready. Serve with chocolate sauce.
