The ingredients needed to make Spaghetti with prawn, tomatoes and courgette pesto:
  1. Take 400 g spaghetti
  2. Make ready 1 clove garlic
  3. Prepare 150 g cherry tomatoes
  4. Get 200 g prawns
  5. Prepare 180 g courgette
  6. Take 40 g pine nuts
  7. Take 8 basil leaves
  8. Prepare 30 g pecorino cheese
  9. Take 30 g parmesan cheese
  10. Make ready 80 ml olive oil

Steps to make Spaghetti with prawn, tomatoes and courgette pesto:
  1. Put in a bowl the courgette finely grated with the pine nuts, basil, pecorino cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and blend together.
  2. Keep the blended pesto on the side and move to cook the tomato. In a frying pan put some olive oil and start cooking the garlic. Once browned, add the tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.
