  1. Seive baking powder, coco powder and flour. set aside..
  2. Take bowl put eggs,milk, sugar and oil,mix it well with fork.
  3. Mix well baking powder, flour and cocoa powder.
  4. Add this dry mixture all at once to egg batter and again mix it with fork for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Now put this mixture in glass dish. Microwave safe bowl.
  6. Now place the dish In microwave for 8 minutes on high temp.
  7. Take it out and put toothpick in the centre to check if it's ready (if took pick is sticky then cook more if it's clear then brownies are done)
  8. Usually in 8 minutes it's done,
  9. Let it cool down at room temperature for at least 10 minutes then cut it in pieces serve with black coffee.
  10. Chocolate ganache - - I also made chocolate ganache in microwave to put on top of brownies with - 1 chocolate dairy milk bar - half tsp butter, - 1 /2 cup tetra cream - put it in microwave for 30 sec mix it well and put it on top of brownies!!
  11. For black coffee bring water to boil add coffee and sugar. Enjoy it with brownie.
