Instructions to make Red pesto chicken courgetti:
  1. Spiralise courgette, slice chicken breasts and peel the garlic. Make sure you place the courgetti onto a kitchen towel to absorb any excess water (you don’t want them to go all soggy)
  2. Pour the desired amount of pesto (depending on your taste and desired calorie amount) on to the pan, press garlic into the pesto and add the chicken, salt and pepper. Stir until cooked through.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the courgetti and some cheese and cook until the cheese has melted. Time to serve, Enjoy :)
