The ingredients needed to make Fish parcels:
  1. Get 2 fish fillets
  2. Take 1 carrot
  3. Take 1 courgette
  4. Take Half a red pepper
  5. Make ready 2 spring onions
  6. Prepare Soy sauce
  7. Get Ginger
  8. Take Fresh chili
  9. Make ready Cooking parchment paper or tin foil
  10. Make ready White wine (optional)

Place a fish fillet in the center of each piece of parchment. Seal the fish into a parcel by folding the paper in half into a triangle, then crimp the edges together To check that the fish is cooked through, open one of the parcels and see if the fish is white and hot. The fish steamed in its own juices will be moist and succulent when opened. These tasty parcels seal in more of the flavour and goodness of the fish, and have great plate appeal, too.

Instructions to make Fish parcels:
  1. Put oven on at 180’C
  2. Cut paper / foil big enough to include all ingredients
  3. Thinly chop carrots, red pepper and spring onions
  4. Place fish and veg in centre of paper / foil.
  5. Add ginger, soy sauce, dash of white wine and chili.
  6. Fold up the foil, ensuring gap above for steam
  7. Place in oven for 20 mins
  8. Spiralise a courgette, lightly fry
  9. Serve with veg and enjoy
