The ingredients needed to make Beef Stir-Fry:
  1. Prepare 200 g thinly sliced sirloin
  2. Get 1 onion thinly sliced
  3. Get 1 courgettes thinly sliced
  4. Get 1 carrot thinly sliced
  5. Prepare 1 chilli, sliced
  6. Make ready Good handful of spinach, chopped coarsly
  7. Get 4-5 broccoli florets sliced
  8. Get 150 g chestnut mushrooms sliced
  9. Make ready 100 g bamboo shoots
  10. Make ready 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  11. Get 4-5 tbls dark rich soy sauce
  12. Get Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
  13. Take 2 tbls oil to saute

Instructions to make Beef Stir-Fry:
  1. Heat a large wok over high heat and add 1 tbls of oil. When hot, add the thinly sliced beef in a single layer and saute for a a few minutes.
  2. When ready, remove from the heat and place in a bowl. Add 2 tbls of the soy sauce and set aside
  3. In the wok where you cooked the beef, add the remaining oil and start adding the vegetables in this order (so to preserve the crunch) cooking about 1 minute in between each addition: Onion, carrot, bamboo shoot, chilli and garlic, mushrooms, courgettes and finally the beef.
  4. Add the remaining soy sauce and toss so all the vegetables and the beef are coated through.
  5. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds
  6. Serve immediately with some white rice or noodles.
