  15. Take 1 teaspoon fresh tamarind paste
  16. Take 1 date or 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  17. Prepare 1/2 clove crushed garlic (more if you like)
  18. Take 1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger (more if you like)
  19. Take 1 splash Tamari
  20. Get 1/2 lime (juice)
