The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Take Dough
  2. Get 220 g all-purpose flour
  3. Prepare 120 g bread flour
  4. Take 50 g white sugar
  5. Take 7 g salt
  6. Get 50 g salted butter
  7. Take 150 ml milk, lukewarm
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 eggs
  9. Prepare 4 g dry yeast
  10. Get Filling
  11. Get 50 g brown sugar
  12. Get 50 g salted butter
  13. Prepare 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  14. Prepare Icing (optional)
  15. Prepare 50 g caster sugar
  16. Make ready 1 1/2 teaspoons milk

Steps to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bread maker and select the “dough” course or program.
  2. Once the dough has mixed and fermented, take it out and roll it into ball. Then, cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, roll out the dough into a rectangle. It should be around 20cm x 30cm and 0.5cm in thickness.
  4. Then, mix the filling ingredients together and spread it over the dough, leaving a 1cm gap of dough on only one side of the dough.
  5. Next, roll the dough and use floss or a knife to cut the rolled dough into pieces, about 3cm in width. It should leave you with around 9 rolls.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cinnamon rolls inside.
  7. Cover the cinnamon rolls with a damp towel and let them proof for a second time, for around 50 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C and then bake the cinnamon rolls for 20 minutes.
  9. Pour the icing over the cinnamon rolls for extra sweetness.
